Schedule a Survey
The first step is to schedule a home visit and a survey of your staircase by one of Acorn’s stairlift experts. The survey is completely free, with no obligation to buy, and is arranged at your convenience.
HOME SURVEY AND QUOTE
Your local Acorn surveyor will measure and photograph your staircase and talk to you about your needs. They will also provide an all-inclusive quote for the work, valid for up to 12 months.
TIMELY INSTALLATION
When your order is placed, installation of your stairlift normally follows within a few days, even next day in cases of exceptional urgency. Acorn’s own technicians will install, check and demonstrate your stairlift, with minimal disruption and no mess.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Looking ahead, your stairlift will benefit from routine maintenance to keep it in optimum condition. The first year’s cover, including an annual service, and is included in your warranty. Beyond that Acorn offers a range of extended warranties and service agreements.
